Terms & Conditions
A deposit of $550 is required at time of booking. Balance and bond (refundable 7 days after the cruise) due 14 days prior to charter date. Neither the owner, master, nor any members of the crew will be liable for any incident that may occur caused by passengers on the vessel. Guests will be held responsible for control of their consumption of alcohol. Master reserves the right to stop the cruise at any time if he finds it necessary to do so. A surcharge of 3% applies for MasterCard & Visa payments.
Cancellation
Deposit is refundable less 10% of the cruise price to cover booking fee, if cancelled more than 21 days prior to the cruise date or we will endeavour to find an alternative date that may be suitable. If cruise cancelled within 21 days of the charter date the deposit will not be refundable. If cancelled within 7 days of charter date no money will be refundable. catering cancelled 14 days or more prior to the charter date all monies will be refunded. If catering cancelled 7-13 days prior to charter date, 50% will be refunded. If catering cancelled within 7 days of charter date, there will be no refund.
Deposit for November and December cruises is not refundable.
In the case where Ahoy Cruises cancels the cruise for any unforeseen reason, all monies paid will be refunded.
